Howdy all. So I recently bought a 1993 T100 and the 4X4 didn't work. After a while I found a bunch of electrical to not be working and was finally able to get the actuator to move correctly. Now, when in 4X4, about once per rotation (but not that consistant) a loud pop is hear and accompaining jolt is felt. I'm going to dive into the diff next weekend but I was wondering if anyone has seen this before? or if any diagrams of the front diff are available that would be helpful.

Mismatched gears usually stop the truck.... a pop once a tire rotation sounds like a bad CV axle maybe... There is a 93 Factory Service Manual in the FAQ thread here. It will show you all you want to know about the front end. Best of luck! And welcome to Mud!!!!
