I need to replace my transfer case in my 1992 80 series sahara 4 speed auto.
The question I have is what f**king transfer case can I use? HF2A? I’ve found a HF2A from a manual can I make that work I’m under the impression the shafts may be different? Spline or length?
If so can I take my shaft out of my original and fit it to the knew case? Will this be a s*** show or is it straight forward?
Also if I remove the transfer case will I be needing new gaskets or are they reusable?
I’ll appreciate some expert advice, cheers in advance!
