The cam does turn so I expect the timing belt is good. I think it's the primer. Which is on order to be a huge factor as I believe something clogged it Ill pull and injector line tomorrow and see if any fuel comes out thanks !

It's more common for the primers to develop an air leak than be clogged. An air leak will cause havoc with trying to start the motor though!

That's exactly what it was ! Got it all taken care of ! New primer and glow plugs and a tank of injector clean does a premium !
