SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

$2500 OBO for just the 62. Interested in any of the extra parts or the parts 60? Shoot me an offer.

1989 Landcruiser FJ62
197K miles
$4500 with parts and parts fj60

I have owned this 62 for 4 years and have upgraded to an 80 series b/c of a growing family, so this must go. (I really dont want to sell it as it has been a great vehicle and the one that got me hooked on "cruisers".) I have a good many parts including a mostly complete parts FJ60. All of these parts are included for $4500. I would really prefer to sell it all together at this point.

4" Alcan lift
4.88 gears and lockrite in the rear (1K miles on completely rebuilt axles gears, and all bearings and seals were replaced.)
33x12.5x15 BFG MT's on nice aluminum rims. SOLD
4runner calipers and Master cylinder.
Clean gray interior for an '89.
It does have rust. Much of the rust can be fixed with some offroad protection. (Wrap around rear bumper, sliders, etc.) Rear bumper is removed as I was going to get a bumper made.
I have 3 rust free doors and 2 rust free front fenders.
Drivers door has a dent and hood is fading, but paint overall looks fairly good.

Please feel free to give me a call or PM. I will be more than happy to answer any questions that I can.

Well have had some interest, but no cash. Wife drove it to a wedding last weekend :D and I drove it to a funeral this week.

Come buy it!

Bumpage, any offers?

Im open to trades but it has to run and drive and something the wife will let me park in the yard. :)

Still here. Someone has to want a wheeling rig. or buy it and make cash off parting some of it, I just need it gone.

The cursed Cruiser.

The cursed Cruiser.

Thanks Robert ;) Its been a great one and I never regret buying it from you. You were right it did give me the bug! I just cannot believe that other cruisers are selling and this one is still here. I am starting to consider trades for fj40, Scout or EB Bronco, although the wife doesnt know that. ;)

Ok. I will bite. I am scared off by the mention of rust, and doors, and fenders...etc.

If you document everything very well in pics, we might could be dealing. Interior pics, rust pics, dent pics, engine pics, undercarriage pics...etc.

Tell me everything, man.

jmaruschak@earthcon.net And mention in the subject line "Black, White and Silver 1982 FJ62 from IH8MUD"

:confused:Why is this cruiser cursed:confused:

He's trying to be funny, because I bought it from him and I cant seem to get it sold btwn the economy and my lack of effort. There are a good many pictures in my photobucket account.

Its just as stated a great trail rig that could be a dd with some work. There is rust and if your looking for a perfect cruiser this isnt it. The axles and lift are obviously the main source of price on this 62.

I'm willing to take $3K for it and would be more than willing to trade. I have a few offers, but not sure I want to go with the offers I have right now.

Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

Maybe part it out? That way you could get the money out of the tires/suspension/axles etc.

Plus, by now you have to know you are asking too much. I mean come on....over 1 year. Please..

interested.....

delete this if you think it is to chatty,,, jus trying to support a good rig at a great price,,,,

Ya know if you like 62s then this is a great ride, almost everything is done,,,

I dont get it, just a little mention of rust and everyone freaks the F out ,,,, I mean hey it is effin 20 years old!!! and what do you want for 3k, a freakin show car??? I would rather have a vehic with a little rust and a great drivetrain suspension vs a stocker with no rust, but I am in to trail riding with a DD not stockers,,,,,, been there done that, wrote the checks, and now I got a (I paid 6k in 2000) rust free (except minor ding rust) with 3k in upgrades that is now (9 years later) only worth 1500,,,, now I wish I had bought a reliable trail ready rig and not worried about body damage or a little rust,,,, I could have saved a lot of headache/money/busted knuckles....really,,,,

you wanna ride over rocks and thru the woods not worrying about a ding here or there, or you wanna brag about how little rust it has as you drive to get groceries???

Bryan--->show some respect. you might be in his shoes someday, and dont want someone doggin ya,,,

someone smart that likes a 62 will buy this great rig and be getting a steal of a deal...
