Thanks, I’m thinking timer,is it repairable? I’ve never had a problem with these before.

pull the green box out that is visible behind the ground connection in the last photo of post #9, in the link that TheElegantFox posted. That is the 'relay' for the wiper. The box/cover will release the circuit board easily. I am guessing that one or more of the diodes on the circuit board are smoked. Here is a link on how to replace them.

FzJ80 rear wiper relay cross reference

Looking to replace my rear wiper relay...for 1994 Land Cruiser. Does anyone know if there is a non oem replacement if so could you pls provide a cross reference. Merci
