I'm not very clear on what makes a 'LASRE' engine - as far as I have seen, it's just a marketing term. I think the above from Wikipedia is either a misunderstanding based on different quoted outputs, or just BS, but I may be wrong.
Th 13B-T was slightly revised from 08/1988 onwards but the changes were pretty superficial (bigger camshaft bearings, 8 bolt flywheel -
@FJBen can tell you more). It didn't receive the real improvements that other B Series engines got at the time, namely on board vacuum pump, rotary injection pump, roller cam followers (I think) and a monoblock. The block on these later 13B-Ts was blue instad of red. I really can't see these changes adding 10 HP.
Also, the reference for this LASRE detail dates from 1985, just after the launch of the 13B-T, so it can only relate to the engine as it was first delivered.
So AFAIK there is no non-LASRE version of the engine. I think I've tried to edit this on Wikipedia (a few of the details on the page are mine) but it was rejected as I cannot find a source to reference.
