Looking for procedure to remove and replace intake and exhaust manifold gasket on 1985 FJ60 with minimal removal of surrounding parts. Thanks in advance.

minimal removal of surrounding parts isn't going to happen.
you really need to remove stuff to have access to all of it.
keep intake and exhaust bolted together, remove as a unit
also best to have the manifolds planed true for the new gasket
I use OEM Toyota when doing mine
others use remflex

also check the intake for a crack
