3. Windshield wiper arm head covers (2) similar to these. Amazon.com: FJ60, FJ62 Wiper Arm Head Cover - OEM: Automotive
4. Dash blank/button delete
5. Grab handle / the plugs that cover the screws in the grab handles. I have several with missing plugs.

Okay great. I'm missing the screw covers / plugs on my passenger grab handle and on the grab handle from the back hatch. I'd also like one additional grab handle that I'm planning on mounting on the drivers side. I only need one dash blank. How much? Also, shipping to 98607? Thanks.
