Desmogged, correct? And do you have the emissions stuff, or is it long gone? Also does the truck come with AC & Power Steering, just not installed, or are they just non-existent on this one?

I do not have emission equipment. Does not have ac or power steering. I have a compete power steering set up for sale separate. With what it will be worth after restoration. I am getting closer to going that way. Very surprised it has not sold.
