I contacted the owner as well, very close to me but was told it was sold already........

Screaming deal the new owner got. Just hope it is not a flipper. Have a feeling we'll see this one again for x3 the price.

The owner got back to me but it was sold - No A/C or P/S and no idea what the issue was with the engine. Hopefully we'll get to see it again and get a better look at it. He certianley left a little meat on the bone for the next guy
