I've been a long time lurker, you guys have helped me out more than you will ever know, so I finally decided to get around and do some posting!
I am getting close to finishing this build up. I will try and attach some snap shots of me restoring it. 1 man operation in a single car garage. Maybe it will motivate some guys to get after it. This was mostly a cosmetic restoration. The primary goal was to get the chassis preserved, then one thing leads to another and before you know it the "while im in here's" added up till I ran out of money. The motor was running good so I did not break it apart completely.
The project: 1980 BJ43 Original B diesel 85k original km's. The BJ had already been painted and chopped on decades ago before I bought it. I shipped this back from Spain. It is Euro Spec from the German market originally I believe. Anyone savvy on Euro 40 series please feel free to let me know your thoughts.
