I don't know much about 43s. Is that top and rear door OEM? Also was Mr. T still using front bench seats in '79? Or are these the result of a Columbian "restoration"?
 
Top & rear doors are made in colombia. It is a heavy fiberglass top. Most 43's where imported soft top in order to pay less tax. 43's have a softer ride compare to 40's.

Here are a few pictures of mine. It is also a 1979 and came from Colombia. Great size and definitely has more storage and a better ride than the FJ40 I drove in college. Putting on some bigger tires to allow for a better cruising speed on the highway. Cool thing about the Colombian hard top is that is has vents in the front that channel fresh air to outlets over the front seats and also to the back bench seats, which is nice on a hot day.
