Original fuel tank cradle pan removed and a new flat sheet installed...
Man, if I had a dollar for every spot weld I have drilled out!

Coming along nicely, Ya spots welds are time consuming aren't they, but a must do to get the piece out and move on.

Today was time to set up the fuel spout and housing...

Cleaned up the housing and spot welded the housing to it's new home

Looks like you definitely do quality work to ay the least! No corners cut on that build so far.

I found the wheel/ rim selection to be interesting; will love to see them mounted up when the build is complete.

Are you going to stick with the previous red when/ if you paint it?

The paint that has been purchased for this cruiser is kind of a saddle brownish grey color. The photo I attached is the color match paint code I am using...

Seat frame plates are in... The seats being used on this build are 2005 Tahoe seats that have been recovered with similar BMW red vinyl material.

Seat frame and mounts done.. Filled in all of the fire wall holes that will not be used.. The next project at hand is the hard top ambulance door hinge mounts...
