These come as the kit from CCOT with the brackets that mount right up to the FJ40 factory front and rear brackets. I upgraded to these which have adjustable tilt, slide and headrest adjust up and tilt as well. Very nice seats! I would get these over factory for FJs that you don't want to make 100% original.
