looks good, fair price too.. got the 258 in there?

you sure that's not the stock 2F engine?

The good
Very little rust
Pretty complete
New seat covers
New Racer front and rear mats
I have an OEM front bumper
Comes with new turn signals
Toyota PS with Dory bracket and Toyota pump
Late model 2F , I don't know if this is a plus or minus , nice to mount the
PS pump but not numbers matching motor. Motor has a nice header installed.
This truck is available as is or with everything done
The bad
A little rust , rear sill small bubble , rear quarter small paint lifting, hood a couple of pinholes.
The hood is being welded up and painted the hole in the rear sill will be cut out and replaced and painted
The quarter panel will be repainted. The side panels will be repaired and painted.
Holley carb, I never liked Holley carbs on 40's I have the original carb but not he air cleaner
or the emissions parts , maybe a Trollhole carb?
Rear aux tank is not installed, I was thinking of removing the fill neck and welding in a patch.
If someone is interested in this 40 call me 201-248-9387 to discuss
Thanks,
Dan
Do you still have the rear tank?

Wow, what a great cruiser - at an even better price.

This should sell quick. GLWTS.

It's spring so time to get moving on this, hood back from sandblaster , couple of small pin holes easy to weld them up . Dropped hood, bib and trans hump cover to body guy today, ( I just finished renovating his bath and laundry room so now it's my turn) Seats are at the upholsterer and the side panels are going to the sand blaster, very little rust just where the parts bolt together. One small hole in the bottom rear , does not show when assembled but will be cut and welded to repair.

Are you planning to fix/repair these spots and still sell it?
