Yep, look up "Johns Creek, GA" and you will understand. The highest rent district in the state. That rig isn't worth $10K, but maybe "a fool and their money will soon part?"..........

Here's another one that isn't far from Johns Creek, a few miles away in Alpharetta....Restored FJ40 for Sale - I saw this one in person, when they posted an add about an estate sale. It was a frigging yard sale, and that FJ40 in one nasty rig! They say restored, YEA RIGHT!!!!

I could see this one in the 10k range and yeah I'm familiar with the area. Ive noticed some in the Atlanta area that are WAY high.

The one is nashville has been painted who knows what under the paint the org one still has org paint but hes asking top dollar.
