Location of the 40? Still in CT?
I don't know if you can call it rust free. I see rust bubbles in the rear floor. Is that overspay on the windows, frame and tail pipe? I do like that top.
Looks like a bit more surface rust on the tranny shifter also and maybe on the rear PS jump seat frame at the tear in the vinyl. 
Mudders are picky though.
