Pulled off a tube bumper and was planning on cutting off the welded-on hitch bar a previous owner had torched on there and noticed that the original bumper is not perfectly straight as I've noticed on other years. Is this the correct shape of the bumper in the middle (notice the slight bowing in the middle) or did it take a hit at some point in it's life?

With all the clean up to cut off the bar and the light guards I might be persuaded to get a "new" one if this one is damaged on top of the cleanup required.

Thoughts?

Frame looks straight. Looks like they bent the hitch framework to clear the factory rivets in the underside of the frame.

Carry on.
