Im considering selling my 2H turbo fj40.
Its extensively modified,rat rod style build with plenty of patina.
Tastefully modified to drive,steer and stop better than your average rat rod built 40.
Lets start..
Drivetrain.
Healthy 2H out of a HJ60,custom high mount turbo kit running a rebuilt genuine garrett T3 from a z31 300zx.
5 speed H55F gearboxes out of a HJ60.
Complete full floater rear end out of a HJ60 including floor mount handbrake.
Front diff is a FJ40 housing running HJ60 front discs,late fj40 axles and CVs,asain locking hubs,HJ60 brake booster,master cylinder,clutch master cylinder.
HJ60 radiator.
Steering/suspension.
HJ60 power steering box,HJ75 intermediade shaft,FJ55 steering column,HJ75 pitman arm.
Trail gear high steering arms,superior engineering solid tie rod and drag link,new tie rod ends,new wheel bearings etc.
Spring over axle lift.
Cut and turn with 3° positive castor,custom rear anti wrap bar.
Rancho adjustable shocks in the front,OME shocks in the rear.
F150 shock towers.
New shackles and spring bushes.
Steers and rides great.
Interior.
Retrimmed stock front seats in the original green vinyl style,rear jump seats in good condition,JVC head unit with USB input,1980s peirce simpson CB radio,custom carry baskets screwed to the dash.
Not much else but its a 40...there isnt much to start with.
All lights,wipers,heater etc all work fine.
Outside.
1974 nebula green FJ40 with 1969 front doors and strikers,not much rust in body itself,floorpans are perfect,small amounts of rust in front gaurd edges and in the rear sill panel under the back doors,but not much at all..very good for the model.
No rust in chassis,this 4x4 has been a inland car kept away from salt water.
Rear wheelarches have been chopped and has rubber flares fitted.
Non functional sunroof fotted to roof.

35 inch micky thompson MTZ tyres,black sunrasia wheels.
4500 kilo hayman reece towpack with removable hitch.
Bullbar with old 1980s Ramsey 9500 lb electric winch,works great.
