I had a rat chew through my main harness this winter, it chewed every wire were it ran through the firewall to the engine bay. I have most of the wires back to were they belong (besides the lights and horn) but I am having trouble on a few. I have traced the BY wire to the coil but there is one more BY coming from the rear harness in to the engine bay. I also have this plug that was chewed completly off in the engine bay right under the fire wall gromit.
Just a little lost on the BY wire coming from the rear harness. does it tie into the 3 wire or does it go to something else. On the wiring diagrams I can not find a BY in the rear harness.
The Fj40 is a December built 1973 de smogged.
Everything worked as it should until this rat bastard came along.
