Recently picked this up and toying with the idea of trading for a 60/62.
I’m located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Some details:
Rust free, minus some minor surface rust where paint has peeled or chipped off.
Original drum brakes, original steering, original dash and knobs, minus the choke knob and cable which is in the glove compartment.
Body is in good condition. There’s some minor dents, but overall nice condition. Paint isn’t that great. There’s some decent areas and also areas where it’s faded, peeling. There’s some overspray in a few areas.
All gauges work in the stock cluster, minus the temp gauge. All lights and other electric is good. I just picked up a set of City Racer LED headlights that I still need to install.
At some point someone must have tried coating the frame with a liner material. It’s beginning to peel off and is coming off pretty easy with a pressure washer. Frame looks good.
It currently has a 327 with the stock 3 speed trans and transfer case. Starts up easy every time. Has some oil leaks.
Interior is decent. Upholstery has been redone and minus the dated looking material, it’s in really great shape. Jump seats in the rear.
All glass is good minus the windshield which has a good size crack.
Doors and weatherstripping could use a bit more attention.
