I got it out and pressure washed just about everything….. there’s not any rust… first time I ever pulled a fuel tank and found no rust under it!. My choice would have been clean it and leave it alone, but…..

What happened? "not any rust". Uggh, SERENITY NOW!

I was actually really getting behind the idea of having all restored seats and interior bits on an all original patina body. I think that would be really cool!

The body and paint are not good enough for this......I am not doing this for resale value, besides I already have a survivor, this 79....

The only thing better than owning a survivor is owning two survivors! Imagine being so blessed!

Come on man, that fender is not that bad! And the random drill holes all tell a story!

Obviously its your truck and you can do what you want with it LOL. But just tell me that you will think about it, then I can sleep at night! I'll never open this thread again and I can rest happy knowing this beautiful patina Capri FST survived!
