Sorry @bobm I suck at taking pictures and posting when I'm charging for the work being done.
The owner asked me for a few update pictures so I thought I'd post them here too.

I ordered a 2.5" drive shaft and $900 later they delivered the 3.5" drive shaft. The owner made the call to cut the tunnel out of the car and build a new one.

Engine compartment as of today.

Just about ready to wrap up the interior, The electric seat mechanism is rebuilt, everything is rewired behind the dash and it is reinstalled. Just need to tidy up a few wires and put some kick panels in.

Lincoln is off to get detailed, mft.solutions killed it on the engine tune and I was able to button up the last of the issues.

53 is coming out of hibernation and headed back in the shop to get ready for spring.
