i mean, I think it has potential. it claims to have "everything is there," and most of the body panels look okay. looks like a fun project for someone with deep pockets.

I think potential is all it has. It appears buried up to the axles/frame.

It could be an awesome patina rig if most of the rust isn’t too deep in the body. You would probably have to overhaul the entire drivetrain but it could be cool with a lot of work.
