Foxfab, nice to see progress on this rig. What is your estimate time of completion. Ever since Buck... finished his rig, I've been jones'n.

Well, I started off my 2 week vacation with some major progress on the tub today. My rear channel finally showed up from Texas last week so it is finally time to start some metal work.

Tomorrow will be re-assembly of the rear channel, floor, and drivers wheel well hopefully, weather permiting. Then it'll be time to work on those rear quarter panels.

Well thats a start, now fix the 25 and stay away from Ebay!

Fox Vacation Week = monsoon rains ;p

wel, even with a little drizzle today, I wasn't that scared of getting electrocuted by my MIG ;)

Some updates... the rear floor is in. I opted to keep the passenger side inner wheelwell in tact. Theres no reason to cut it out its too nice. So I have a new spare if anyone needs one :D Spent copious amounts of time heating and pounding out the drivers rear quarter. Its about where I want it so I can weld in the drivers inner wheel well in and then cut the rear quarter out. The wheel well is just clamped in place in the pic.

Hopefully, the tub will be at the media blaster by the end of the week! :)

LAst week while I was on vacation, we were dodging hurricanes so I didnt get as much done as I had planned. So, this weekend promises to be the end of metal work on the tub. I had a local steel shop roll me some rear quarter panels since the ones that I had bought froma certain Cruiser place in Texas were thicker than the original steel and were for a 40 even though they said they weold make them like an FJ25. I wont buy from them again.

Anyway, the drivers quarter is almost done. I have decided that I am going to replace the passenger rear well since Paul's aren't exactly like the originals. Theres enough of a difference between the two that it bothers me. So once I replace them both, my brain will function again.
