160k maintenance. What else should I replace?

2017 LX570 ~160k miles.

Replacing radiator, water pump, thermostat, plugs, belts.

Flushing trans, brake, coolant, differentials.

What else while Im in there?

Remove intake and clean?

Any pulleys, tensioners?

AHC fluid? Power steering fluid?

Yes on tensioner. Some do the fan pulley bracket.

Battery terminal cleaning?

Intake should be fine as is unless you’ve been in some unusual dust.

Treat the rust.

Transfer case fluid. Super rare Toyota unicorn fluid or get Ravenol 75w.

PCV Valve, the two heater tees for your heater core (they come as two separate entire assemblies with hoses, tees and clamps already assembled.), battery, possibly starter (or have one handy?)
