Thanks. Could you post a picture of where the two white wires go after leaving the alternator side of the new fuse?
 
I took some pictures for you and did some continuity tests.

The white wire that was crimped in the terminal with the charging wire on the stock "B" alternator post needs alternator power. Either from the "B" post on the new alternator or from the alternator side of the new fuse. Simple as that. Following that wire is going down a rabbit hole.

Starting with the Main wire from the alternator B post which goes directly to the Main AM1 plastic box. After installing the new charging wire and removing the blue fusible link and insulating it so it does not short, the stock charging wire can stay on the stud and the stock charging is disconnected.

The wire in the picture that is coming from the alternator needs power from the alternator B post or the alternator side of the new fuse. Done. This is the second wire that is crimped in the ring terminal on the stock B post. The rest of this is just confusion.
