Hey all, I believe my 13bt is in need of sleeves. Does anybody have any experience with the full mag engines kit? Or a source for something trustworthy?

Engines Australia seems to have a good reputation for rebuild kits, not sure what they have for the 13BT though. @FJBen would know more.

Thanks! It’s kinda sounding like that’s the route to take. Not having much luck in the states on my search.
Thank you for the info! I am in contact with them right now. Just waiting on the shipping quote. I had originally used a gasket kit from cruiser parts that held up really well. Maybe I’ll just order that as well.Exactly what @OGBeno said.
I rebuilt my 13bt in 2018 with an engines Australia kit and its running great still at 78,000kms on it since.
However, every non Toyota gasket has leaked and been replaced….every. The gasket kit sucks. Spend the money on the Toyota gaskets and do it once. Some are easy to replace after, some are a total pain. Some lasted a few months, some a few years but in the end I had to replace all.
There also is no proper front timing gear gasket. I found one aftermarket out of Australia, it sucks and leaked. Use FIPG.
By far the most important part of the rebuild a good machine shop. Shoddy work will ruin OEM parts in no time.
I used teiken alfin pistons, they seemed to have worked good. Diesel power parts sleeves I think. You can link to my rebuild thread, the beginning is all the rebuild work, pretty well documented all the little gotchas.
Did you end up getting valve guides from engines Australia as well?Exactly what @OGBeno said.
