Hey thanks! Suspension is the Ironman Nitro Stage 2 Kit which gave me about a 3" lift all around. Great stock like ride but if I had to do it over I would definitely go with a different UCA than what comes in the kit. They are not adjustable and barely help with castor during alignment so not really the big upgrade you would expect. Tires are 265/70/18's Falken Wildpeaks fyi.@ iamacrestkid, I haven't seen (or missed) your lift specs. Looks like you have a lot of height on your rig, noticing good tire clearance.
What is your suspension setup & lift f & r?
Looks good! Not over-tired and purposeful.![]()
Is this a typo? They look way bigger than that in these picsTires are 265/70/18's Falken Wildpeaks fyi.
No typo...I guess having it on 18's really makes a difference in the way it looks. I was apprehensive on the bigger rim but think it came out nicely. Is this a typo? They look way bigger than that in these pics
Yeah best my alignment guy could get was 2.9 castor with the IM UCA's and thats with the Superpro offset LCAs. The shop I get my alignment at has a good reputation in the DFW area for offroad vehicles and had done several other lifted GX470's w/ different UCAs that had better specsMaybe just 70 series on 18s?
Still 32.6" (rounding up is 33s)
Agreed, the whole package looks great.
Intrigued the IM forged Al UCAs get a poor review tho...
Thanks man, most of the trails I do are similar to this. Nothing too crazy, some rocky roads, and some decent ruts every now and then. I mostly like to drive forest service roads to the tops of mountains. I like the views. I'd like to make it down to Moab in this sometime, but it's like 5 hours south of us and we've got a 4 month old baby right now so probably won't be doing that anytime soon. I'd like to do more to the rig, but as I said, I've got a 4 month old babyTLar, nice Utah country. Your GX looks well suited to wheeling around the area. Good trim on the rear valance. The Klevers have killer side wall tread - nice tires. Nice hiding of your tailpipe too - I gotta get around to that myself.
Not overdone with your build.Looking good!

Looks great! What size tire are you running?
35x10.5r17 Kenda Klever R/T's. Love them so far. Gotten two buddies to run them as well. No complaints from any of us so far, other than the price on them has gone up a lot as they've gotten more popular. I got mine for like 200 bucks each.Looks great! What size tire are you running?
Thanks man, yeah loving life as a dad so far, just a big adjustment as far as doing things and going places. I am however very excited for my kid to get older and hopefully enjoy and look forward to spending lots of time outdoors. We'll do plenty of local camping this summer so hoping to start em young!@TLar25
Yeah copy @Maxacceleration's props. You've got a great build going, the flex!!!
You'll do just fine down here! Gimme a holler when the time com3es for a long weekend for SE UT.
I totally get the challenge of the 5 hr drive AND life with a 4 mo old! It's a hard time but this too shall pass and things will open up again, promise!
I long for mountain trails access, so love what you've got available until your radius of exploration increases.
Be well man and you're doing good things (with your rig AND your kid)
Ciao for now.![]()
