Thanks! How was the install? It is the JW off road carrier.
Most of the install was straight forward. Several of the mounting spots in the door skin are in incredibly tight locations. I ended up super gluing many of the washers and nuts together and used a telescoping magnetic wand to hold them in place where I couldn't get my hand. Even then it was incredibly tedious and frustrating. Despite that I would still recommend the kit for its strength and quality. Thanks! How was the install?
Jesus, that's a time capsule. Excellent find. I haven't seen one that clean probably since the late 2000s.Recently picked up my 2nd gx470. I have an 03' that's black and rough around the edges. I bought it for the new baby to destroy inside. I ended up loving the thing and wanted another one so, here it is. 2008 in green sage.

I was thinking the same when I came across it. It's on the way from Georgia to Nor Cal right now. So is the new lift kit, too. I'm excited to say the least.Jesus, that's a time capsule. Excellent find. I haven't seen one that clean probably since the late 2000s.
good looking package you got there, very clean ARB!!Gave this to my son In Dallas 7 yrs ago then after buying his wife a new SuV , he gave it back to me and kept his 100. I had it shipped here in SF Bay Area and thinking of just selling it. Now thinking of just keeping it since I really like the GX platform
I have other built Landcruisers but really enjoyed this GXView attachment 3858802
What type of anchor did you use?FYI you can fit a set of 1st gen Tundra tow mirrors to your GX, with a bit of modification (heat gun and drilling a hole in the mirror for an anchor):
