12/17 TLCA BOD meeting

Several years ago TLCA changed its membership from landcruisers only to Toyota 4x4's. THis is from the bylaws

"TLCA Individual Membership is open to those individuals and families interested in Toyota 4 wheel drive vehicles. This includes all models of Land Cruisers, FJ Cruisers, 4Runners, and 4x4 trucks."

Trails is a publication of TLCA and is targeted at all 4x4 Toyota owners.

That sentiment exists in many TLCA Chapters. And yeah, let's go wheelin!

So is the agenda out for this meeting yet? I'm curious on what is going to be discussed. The agenda and call in #'s historically were sent out at least a week in advance. Not sure if the current leadership is following the same process tho.

Nothing has been sent out to the delegates as of yet (2:33 PM CST 12/16/09). Casey sent the budget out last week.
 
Just came out - last night at 11:23 p.m. Way less than 24 hours before the call.
 
hey marc I would suggest getting a gmail account and it really helps with the way the emails come in. I will agree one day i got 100 emails which is crazy.

i visited with jeff about the delay in receiving the meeting agenda, he ndicated that there was so much going on and so many ideas being communicated that he had a hard time stopping the flow and putting together the agenda...huh?...any way that was the answer provided

Marc thank you for steeping up and being the TAC rep on the call. It is much appreciated..
Sounds like you have a firm grasp of some of the issues going on.

If your address is current in the database(which i'm assuming it is if your getting trails) we're sending you a really cool calender (cruiser related of course) on behalf of TAC for your dedication. And no it's not a "Brimmer" calender its WAY cooler. And No Chris it ain't costing TAC nuttin, we just figured Marc deserved it for stepping up to the plate and donating his time and effort on behalf of TAC.

The only thing cooler would be a Snap-On Tool Girl calendar. No way!
 
It's way better then that. And no one in the US has one except us & you. :)
