Yes. In 2002 the 100 was an inch from the rock walls in tons of spots while Becky seen the tire within 2-4 inches from the edge. In one place we slid (raining) and the PS rear tire was half off the edge. Jeeper buddies thought we might slip over.

That's pretty sketch. I would not enjoy going down in the rain. There is one straight section after the first switchback that is still like that. You have to hug the rock and are only a few inches from the edge. The trail really has not changed too much in the last 12 years, some areas have gotten better, some have gotten worse and throughout each season it changes. That's why I keep going back.
