The tank is full. I wont be filling it at Airgas again for sure, they charge 28 bucks. I'm just now getting into my garage to work on the Jeep, been beating the life out of my lower control arm mounts, so I bought skids to weld on. If I get them on tonight I might make it.

Even if I don't, I'll be up pretty early, I will leave the tank and regulator bag outside my garage. 1011 W. south ave./ woodland park/ 80863 call if you need directions. I'll probably see you at the western though.

Oops...I had been looking for an excuse to pick up a compressor, just went out and got one :)

Now just got to get my bumper back on. It would be crazy to go out wheeling without it!

Can't go wrong with owning your own compressor. Not every outing will be a club event with an air tank :)

Man, it's been a long time since I've broken out the welder and grinders to do some fab work. I don't miss the burning steel smell, burn hairs, and the black boogers. Haha.

Good times once again. Definitely the roughest trail I've been on (and I think I've found the limit to what I want to take the 100 on). :D

Not many pics from me today... too busy trying to not destroy my mall cruiser.

Looks like a good trip. How did Ryan get so much air? Was he as close to flopping as it looks in the pictures?

yeah, we were all stopped and chatting creekside when we heard Ryan honk his horn. We all turned and took off running. Lol. it really was that bad. Of course as things go, we had to get in a good laugh and take a few pictures before we got him down :D

The really crappy news is that Chuck bid us farewell about halfway through, and while we were running Eagle Rock and cleaning up the trash in the area, Chuck had met up with another rig head on coming through a corner on Gold Camp Rd and had to lock the brakes, losing control of the 'Cruiser. Unfortunately, he ended up rolling it on its side :frown:

We all new it was coming, but for sure thought it would be offroad, and that we would at least be there to see it....

Not many details at this point, but him and the dog are OK. Maybe he'll tell us the story around a campfire some night.

He said he got help from the other truck, and they had it upright and running in 20 minutes. He did make his meeting :)

I don't normally tell people's story for them, but since he's not on here much anymore, I figured I'd get that much out.

I tell you, that run is cursed!

You know what Eric? I'm starting to believe that...

What's the tally so far?

Justin's 55
Chuck's 60
My tailgate
Miscellaneous tires and body damage

Dang sorry to see Chuck's 60 took a beating, just when he was trying to sell it too. You know, with that marker light hanging down I can't help but think it reminds me of a character from the cartoon movie Cars.

Of course you did
