threadlocker

So was in the middle of installing a new Toyota rear driveshaft (FZJ80) using new Toyota hardware and the thought came up, should we be using threadlocker, anti-seize, or nothing at all when using new hardware?? Checking the FSM there's no mention of using anything (anti-seize, threadlocker...
