rear defogger

I had frost on the rear windows of my LJ77, so I went to turn on the rear defooger and the light on the dash to indicate that it is on, did not light up. The rear "fog light" also did not work. There is a 15 amp fuse for the rear defogger, it looked ok but I changed it anyway and still no...
