I know you guys want some pics so here they are. I ran out and snapped them off quick today after a quick wash of the 80. Just sittin there .. tried to snap a bunch of different angles to highlight the Slee hardware, as well as the new improved stance.

I don't have time for a writeup just yet, so this will have to tie y'all over for now. What I can say is this : I am running the following:

- Slee 4" coils front
- OME 863 rear
- Slee control arms
- Adjustable panhards
- New drag link, tie rod and ends
- Drop blocks; 2" front, 3" rear
- Trimmed rear mudflaps
- Trimmed front bumper end caps
- Slee sliders
- SS brake lines
- Sway bar drops
- The usual other bits and pcs
- 36" IROK's on stock alum. wheels
- Trail-Gear 1.5" wheel spacers

Please wait a moment so I can post a few times with pics . . . in succession.

Ok .. done posting pics :)

T Y, can i please request a pic of how close the front diff flange/drive shaft come to touching the tie rod? It will give me an idea of the caster tilt those arms give with 4 inch coils.

Not tonite, but tomorrow maybe from work. The caster is around 5 degrees we figure. Nothing comes close to rubbing, and I've done some pretty sweet jumps already ;)

Speaking of jumps .. I notice with the 4" coils that the front doesn't bottom out on huge dips or small jumps. The 80 rebounds very smoothly .. quite a different feel. I kinda expected with a heavier spring rate that it would jar more, but the opposite is true .. it carries the weight of the 80's nose in a more controlled way .. hard to explain, but any jarring from washboard or where you cycle the front end up and down over a few close dips is quickly controlled BUT in a SMOOTH fashion .. no fillings loose here!! This puppy is smooth as silk ..

Very cool, TY.:grinpimp:

Hi Ty, glad you made it back safely. Was a pleasure to have you here and work on your truck. Not all customers walk in the door in the morning with a tray of Starbucks:D

Ty did not even flinch when we pulled out the airsaw and staret cutting the bumpers and mudflaps.

I think the truck turned out great and we achieve all his goals to have the ulitmate poser stance :D Had to talk him out of the snorkel since I think it would detract from the Zen look.

Great work Ty and Christo.

Ty - looks like the drive was worth it - she sits very, very nice! Nice bribe too! Looks like it worked. hehehe

Very nice pimpage there:grinpimp: .........Looks really good.

Now , paint those center caps, or ditch 'em!

The before and after shots are quite dramatic. VERY nice change.

Nice Ty,

Really looks clean.

Great work Christo!

Ty,

Was Christo's waiting area clean & nice? Did they have nice seats for you to seat?
Did they perform the work in the estimated time?

How about the kitchen area?

Nice rig.

Regards

Alvaro
