On my previous 80 (now owned by the illustrious Kaderabek) I was running Hella lights and a nice OEM Toyota fog light switch I had found somewhere along the way years ago. I have searched high and low for the switch for my new rig and I finally found the application today, and Cdan can get it. So if anyone wants a backlit OEM fog/driving light switch, here's a good one. IIRC it has 4 poles with corresponding #s for a 30 amp relay. Pic shows it installed on the far left side of the dash by the driver's window and it fits in a standard cutout.

AND it looks like all the rest of the switches and feels like all the rest of the switches and works like all the rest of the switches.

IE, it's "correct" for the vehicle.

And that's why I surfed all over web hell to find it again 4 years later. I hate interiors that look like Farmall tractors, with half a dozen off-make or inconsistently designed switches and crap stuck to the dash here and there. Okay, its my OCD and I am proud of it.

This is the one you are talking about, right?

The Toyota one is backlit and around $40. I looked at that one and don't like that orange light at night.
I agree. I've searched high and low to make all my switches green. Not all of them are factory. I actually run a 70 something American Pickup dimmer switch for my driving lights on the floor. Actually at the moment I have no switches as I have no lights on this rig yet. My friend has a 91 and he had a ECT switch and a power antenna switch redone so he uses it for his winch. Power on and off and then the antenna does the in and out of the winch. He went to a local sign store and had them match Toyota's fonts and restickered them. It is pretty cool.

Post up some pics of those finished switches if can!

Who has an extra fog light switch 4 sale?

I would buy one if someone has an extra 4 sale. Call me at 503-957-7584.

Okay - Scion is above right? How much and what color is it when back lit? A viable alternative to the $70 from Slee? I'd like to stick with green myself.

I think one additional challenge might be the wiring connector to the switch. Anyone have a source or is this a Toyota OEM part?

How about a picture of the electrical connector?
