Well, that guy is an a******, ha. He showed himself to be a buyer who really wanted to give the truck a new life. So he either fed me a lot of bull, knowing he wanted to flip it, or he found a big issue I didn’t know about, or didn’t understand how pricey they are to fix, so he put about 2k into...

Hello, it did, I should have it listed as sold on both sites

Hello, I think I missed the general comments and only saw the direct messages, sorry about that. I will have the truck on the 17fh and will mark it sold as soon as that happens, let me know if you would like to see it. Thank you

4/5/24: update: I just saw this relisted on Facebook. If you come across it the guy that bought it from me is trying to flip it at a huge markup. Beware though, I know the amount of work the truck needs and it’s a lot, someone will lose their butt if they buy it for 16k as he is relisting it...

Hi, sorry for the delay in my reply. I jumped into a lot of house repairs, then the cruiser is going in to get work done, so I won't have the truck back until probably August. I am selling it still, but the price will reflect all the major work done. I will keep you posted. Do you have any...

Hi, I can take videos and pics of anything you want to see I didn’t already cover, just let me know. Where are you located, will you be driving or flying in to see the cruiser? I am currently out of town and will be back in a few days. I will get you that vin when I make it home. Thanks!

Hi there, the quotes are around 2k to have the work done at the local shops. So before I go that route, I thought I would post the truck and see if anyone with the fabrication skills and time would want to buy it before I have the work done and re list it for more.

I finally have the vehicle back and have reposted a new thread since it has taken so log to get back from the shop. Please see the new posting. Thank you.

Well friends, its been about a week so I wanted to go back and post my findings. Two shops in the Denver/ Front Range area got back to me about doing the C channel repair and welding in a new rear shock hanger They were First Choice Fabrication, and Donnie Lovett (donnielovett93@gmail.com). I...

I will go back in about a week or two when I feel like shops have gotten back to me and post it in hopes it could help someone out later on. Is there a thread or place on the forum I could pass the info along to that may easier to find for other people?

I was able to get in touch with him, and its something he said he would take on. I am waiting to hear back on a quote, but seems promising. Thats the first person/shop out of about two dozen to give it a green light. Thanks again for that suggestion!

Sounds like a great time! Once we move into the stage past sleep deprivation because of the baby, I am in :)

Thanks for the suggestion, I will reach out now and keep you posted. I would say you have your hands busy for sure, talk about a project. Very cool to see.
