the load test is probably a good thing to do next. if you can jump-start, drive over to your local auto parts store they can do this test for you & it will diagnose problems with [re-] charging circuit as well (call them first to make sure they have the test equip)
you might look at your primary cable connections between battery posts & GND / starter. start with the + terminal on the battery & wire brush together with the inside surface of the clamp. I use bearing grease to protect it from humidity corrosion
also FWIW corrosion accumulates more readily...
white basecoat will take ~1.5-gal (using a HVLP gun in a pro's hands) if you want to do it *right* (jambs etc) @ $350+/gal for adequate quality paint (white is the least expensive product, metalics & reds are typically the most), since you're painting white-over-white your painter will love you...
it seems that the combination of VSC & TRAC OFF lights can come on due to several different yet perhaps unrelated fault conditions (together with CEL). did your OBD-II reader capture any specific trouble code(s)?
FWIW (while my ABS light wasn't on) I was able to make the VSC-TRACK ON-CEL...
IIRC the OEM B/U cam operates on 6VDC (vs 12VDC which is conventional for aftermarket cameras) so it's possible the OEM camera video out format isn't compatible with the Android video circuit
my '03 (now with 220K) had been showing CEL with 0430 & 0420 for many moons and I'd been clearing the codes only to have them return after a trip or two. then it was time to get smog done, so... after reading thru this nice thread I just went for it by replacing both rear O2 sensors (Denso p/n...
can you post some pics? not a lot to go with
starter solenoid contacts might be cold-fused & pulling amps causing the battery to react, just a guess. whack the side of it
the AM band motorola connector that plugs into the back of the radio could be loose, or maybe the coax between the connector & the antenna is compromised

I had a '00 100 for many years, ultimately replaced the OEM stereo system with one of the earlier 2-DIN multi-function HUs. everything worked wonderfully
later with an '03 I ended up replacing a still-functional MFD with an android-based infotainment system, all because I was spoiled by the...
