All EU spec 100's I've seen has AHC suspension no matter what year and usually a coolbox in the centre console. I think extra fueltank is a middle eastern thing.
I'm also in EU and have converted to conventional suspension. I ordered Tough Dog shocks and King Springs from www.euro4x4parts.com. They have great service and fast delivery from my experience.
The shop that replaced my AHC with Tough Dog suspension first leveled out the truck like this:
Needless to say it rode like absolute dog****. After lowering the front it looks like this:
It has too much rake for me now (around 23" in the back and 20.5" in the front off the top of my head) so I...
Thanks for all the replies and nice work on that Subaru @Hokie LX . I went to a body shop this morning and like most suspected I'm looking at a complete repaint of both PS doors and front fender. My insurance will cover it and I have a low deductable(?) so all in all it could be worse but what a...
Interesting read. My truck is registered as an 05 but I have the facelift grille/lights and also Pacific Blue Metallic paint that was supposedly only on 06-07 yet no trace of the vvt-i stuff under the hood. Maybe vvt-i wasn't for EU market . Manufactured 2005-07.

To add some context I also have an occasionally flashing AHC light and getting error code C1776 (RF sensor) which is most likely corroded at 127K miles in Sweden (harsh winters + salt). I will remove it and see if i can clean it. It looks like the AHC fluid never has been changed and the globes...
Sorry to bump an old thread like this but does anyone else have experience with using LHM over Toyota AHC fluid? Main reason is that LHM is easy to get here but Toyota's fluid has to be ordered from abroad.
Just bought my first ever Land Cruiser. It's a 2005 gas v8 with 200k kilometers (127k miles). Full service history from Toyota and completely stock. I think the color is Pacific Blue Metallic.
