@LandCruiserPhil any plans to produce more kits? if not can you send part numbers and I can just piecemeal it together. Bracket would be awesome if it’s easily available. I have a 2006 LX.

Are there good aftermarket options to keep dust water out of the 7 pin and mount it higher somewhere?

Then, why install such an anemic mount from the factory? Everything about this vehicle is over built.

Had it occurred to anyone that the Japanese engineers made the front hook weak on purpose? Probably to save you from damaging your frame.

I’ve heard of people using ATFIV, Tractor hydraulic fluid. Etc... Was hoping for a chemical engineer to chime in. There must be somebody on this forum that has the spec sheet on the actual oil weight and chemical properties.

What is the fluid in the bottle? Can another fluid be used? Does anyone know?

Any Chem-Engineers out there? What is the weight of the oil? Can another cheaper and more readily available fluid be used?

The “L” lives on... 2 part epoxy worked. I used JB Weld couldn’t get the bubbles out, but I’m happy with the outcome. 4400 psi epoxy May have been overkill. 😂
