We use the Coleman Pack-Away Portable Kitchen. The table sets up in about five minutes, pretty sturdy, and the wife likes the working surface and sink.

I took a rotopax mount for a jeep spare, welded the back plate inside the tire carrier of the FJ. In retrospect I wouldn't do it again. I have to remove the gas can, then unbolt the plate the tank bolts to, then remove the spare. Kind of a pain

The kit comes with a separate vent. You drill a 1/2 hole where you want the vent and snap it in. Now it works just like the old style fuel cans. When you drill the can be sure and use a step drill. A regular drill bit with make an irregular hole in the plastic and it won't seal.

New to the forum and new to Toyota. Bought an '08 FJ TT about a month ago and so far I'm loving it. I've had CJs and full sized Ford 4x4s but this is an entirely new beast for me.
