Looks like you have a good base to work on, less rust than mine. Only issues with warping from sand blasting will be the bonnet and roof, my sandblasting guy just left the bits he was worried about and I used a stripper wheel.

Your best bet would be to take a piece into a decent paint shop and just get it matched. Like the inside of the windscreen wiper motor cover which shouldn't of faded.

Decided to sort my spare tyre out, after looking at smaller options I ended up making a full size spare fit, 33 on a 15x10 rim. Removed the small cross brace that a normal spare would sit against and trimmed the top edge of the diagonal support to match the bottom edge. A 33 hits nicely...
