I ordered a rad on july 2 with serra toyota decatur, received july 24. Pretty decent packaging work, box in box, lot of bubble wrap. Their packaging is kind of dependent on the box staying upright, as not a lot of packaging on bottom. Feel i may have gotten lucky. $301 shipped, 16400-50360

Is the radiator for 100s showing as NLA to you guys? Both old and newer reference are showing not available 16400-50210 and 16400-50360.

Yep, this sounds about right, glad you got something that would work ok in end, but ordering 1 off radiators is playing the lottery. Other posters here have said this before, but paying the extra 100-150 to local dealer is only sure way to get a one off radiator undamaged - as you can check it...

Thanks for sharing, sure hope that isn't true. I wobbled back and forth on ordering a steering rack, and ended up waiting for the next sale - a week or two later i realized I won't be able to wait much longer. Figures!

Hopefully their delaying your radiator so they can pack it in 7 boxes. Feels like lottery hoping it doesn't show up damaged in transit.

Original OE rad in my 01 Cruiser failed in 2017, it lasted 16 years and 200k miles. I put a Koyorad off RockAuto in it back then, and it appears to be on its way out now, it lasted 8 years and 40K. I'm going back to OE, can get it shipped for $283 today with the 25% off toyota sale. Happy to...

Does the truck have the running boards on it? Behind the back of those is where youll want to look. And lay under with a flashlight and check upward from rear wheel well. Easier to see rust at night. If you buy and drive in salt you might have rodent/animal concerns in 12-25 years. :cool:
