What should a used 2018 LC200 cost with under 15,000 miles? Certified Vs Not

I would pay after negotiation, $65,000 for the 2018 and $76,000 for the 2019. (in Texas)

    Remote start??

Am considering a new 2019 or 2020 land cruiser lc200, but can't find a definitive answer as to whether it comes with a fob with standard remote start. Appreciate any info.
