I got gray Napa leather from ridies as my first upgrade after reading in this forum. They still make the car look new and amaze people. Would take something cheaper if you have a dog / use the car for work etc, but for my use they have held up good.

I think it is an integral part of the grill. I had the same issue a year ago when I left my new grill in the sun and the weather strip glue loosened before installing it…
