Yeah, those no name coils are a problem. Replace with FJ coils. I converted my air bags to FJ coils with Bilstein 5100 in the rear and Bilstein 6112 in front at the lowest setting. It still picked up about .5" so basically at the "high" setting on the air bags. Rides perfectly on the street...

Check the front speed sensors. Visual inspection for damage (wires especially since you did LCA and bearings). Then Techstream to see what the ECU is seeing from both sensors.

Where did the parts come from? There a plenty of counterfeit plugs, coils, filters out there. Ebay, Amazon are big offenders.

I'd seriously question your mechanic. Both the front and rear DS have zerks, along with zerks on all of the Ujoints. So 3 grease fittings both front and rear.

Also are you sure it's the TC? If the sound disappeared when the rear DS was removed it could be the ujoints and or the slip yolk. Relatively easy to replace the joints and grease the slip yoke.
