Torn between the Dissent and the Gamaviti expo ++. In terms of the dissent I like the aluminum (lightweight, rust proof) and ease of shipping. The Gamaviti I like for the handles (flipped down) and the sunroof cutout (I’ve had water in the cruiser triggering the horn....not happy neighbors...

Could it just be a problem with the immobilization system? Try a different key?

I sure am getting a crash course in rust with my 01 LC. First had the roof rust from a bad windshield now I have right rear rocker rust that had been hidden by the damnable running boards. Took it to a body shop who wanted minimum 1500$.....that’s not happening. Treated with some POR 15 so...

Question. Anyone had any luck with removing the ball joints from old struts and fitting them in the strong arms? My new set shipped from amazon without the brass ball joints and I’m not patient enough to wait....

Daily driven. Sold my outback with 55k for a 2001 LC with 221k...not my best financial decision. We have two cars and when my wife discovered the third row she car pools 2-3 days a week.

I let them know, but they’re probably not open yet. Frankly it’s more of an inconvenience to me to have been delivered to my house (small rental at Christmas time = no room for big a$$ sliders).
