I lost an alternator 20 mi off the highway in the mountains last week. My alternator was only 3 years old. Turned out somehow my connectors had gotten fried and cooked my alternator. I just took my $40 from the core and called it a day.

Radiator clutch fan replacement, then failed Alternator 30 miles into the mountains 🤦🏻‍♂️. Caught a ride to Lake City for a new battery then raw dogged it to Alamosa to have it replaced. Kids were clueless lol.

Bumping an old thread here. I have a 2000 LX470. I believe the SK20R11 Spark Plugs are exactly what I need, however amazon is saying they won't fit. I see people putting them in there 2001-2006, etc, is this just a case of amazon being wrong? Or was there different plugs used in 2000 lx models...

My alternator went last night...just laughing to myself thinking about the timing...

Honestly, I'd pay $400 for this experience again but shhhh 🤫 don't tell anyone that.
