This GGC (Gulf Coast Council) 100-Series engine is the 1FZ-FE 4.5-liter Inline-6 paired with the H151F 5-speed manual heavy duty transmission. I believe it is rated at 212 HP vs. US-spec 2UZ at 230. But don't hold me to that.

Here's my low spec 100-series from the Middle East. Comes with Cloth seats, no CD-player, steel wheels, black hardened plastic front and rear bumpers, no sunroof, and 5-speed manual transmission.

Found the access. Removed the jump seats and lifted the carpet. Thank you Toyota Engineering. Lots of Saudi sand impacted into the area.
